Jamie Quinlan: Creative Lead

Jamie works as a creative producer for an international advertising agency in the Middle East. He has a diverse range of experience in the marketing sector including copywriting, social media, digital marketing and film production. Jamie has a background in geography, specialising in ecology and biodiversity.

Naledi Shologu: Biotechnology Research Scientist

Naledi has expertise in biological research, data analysis, and project management. Naledi conceptualises and designs the inner workings of our technological offering. Naledi is also our grants lead, leveraging her significant experience in fund acquisition. Naledi has excellent research and experimental design abilities enabling unlimited technical development within the project scope.

Nathan Formosa: Project Manager

With a scientific background and significant industry experience, Nathan is passionate about employing technology as a means of improving the natural environment. Nathan has worked for consultancies and manufacturers in client-facing advisory and business development roles, securing and managing a variety of international environmental data collection campaigns and resulting project analyses. Nathan is guiding the delivery of our proposed regenerative enabling technology.

Luke Formosa: Mechanical Engineer

Luke is a mechanical engineer currently working in the aviation industry. He also runs a small 3D-printer farm and provides technical consultancy on additive manufacturing. Luke spent two years as a package development engineer at a semiconductor manufacturing plant where he acquired experience in creating products that can compete and succeed in demanding real-world markets with exceptionally tight profit margins. He subsequently obtained his Maltese engineering warrant and then joined an aircraft maintenance training school.

Sahand Hosouli: Renewable Energy Engineer.

Sahand is a renewable energy expert with a passion for sustainable engineering. Currently, he is a lecturer in Renewable Energy at Kingston University in London. His research focus is centred on advancing and refining renewable energy technologies, with a specific emphasis on solar thermal systems, thermochemical heat storage, waste heat recovery, and the application of Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) in renewable energy. Sahand has extensive expertise in designing, modelling, and testing various types of solar thermal collectors, including ST, PT, PVT, and C-PVT.
